  1. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING AND OPT-IN DETAILS

SalesProspects offers an optional SMS messaging program. Users may opt in by entering their telephone number on a SalesProspects website form and voluntarily selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The SMS checkbox is not preselected and is not required to submit the contact form, request information, use our services, or make a purchase.

By voluntarily selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SalesProspects concerning account updates, service notifications, responses to inquiries, MCA leads, marketing services, product information, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact sales@salesprospects.com regarding your SMS preferences.

Opting out of SMS messages will not prevent SalesProspects from communicating with you through other methods when legally permitted.

  1. NO SHARING OF SMS OPT-IN INFORMATION

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data, text-messaging originator information, mobile telephone numbers, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude SMS opt-in data and consent from sharing with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SalesProspects may provide mobile information to vendors that perform services strictly on our behalf, such as telecommunications providers and messaging-platform providers, solely when necessary to deliver or support our SMS program. These providers are not authorized to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
